HOUSING CASE MANAGER

The Housing Case Manager will provide case management for those tenants who reside in Leeway Supportive Housing.  The Housing Case Manager is responsible for assisting tenants in maintaining permanent housing; empower tenants to live independently; maintain their health; learn independent living skills needed for positive community living; and to increase time spent in positive social behaviors. Case management experience and understanding of tenants needs in supportive housing, two years of college and Substance Abuse Training required as well as written and verbal communication skills.
